Request for amendment to Town Planning Scheme No. 1 for 18 Twickenham Road

Council has received a request to amend the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme No. 1 for the purpose of:
Amending ‘Schedule 2 – Additional Uses’ by inserting the use of ‘Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premises’ as a permitted use on No. 18 (Lot 101) Twickenham Road, Burswood.

The proposal is available for inspection and public comment prior to Council determining whether or not to formally initiate the Scheme Amendment process to alter the current provisions of the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme No.1. Your written comments are welcome and will be considered by Council prior to determining whether or not to formally initiate the Scheme Amendment process.
Submissions on the Town Planning Scheme Amendment must be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, by mail to Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park 6979, or by facsimile on 9311 8181, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order that they are received on or before 5pm Wednesday 12 April 2017.
