Request for amendment to Town Planning Scheme No. 1 for 18 Twickenham Road

Town of Victoria Park 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Victoria Park has resolved to initiate Amendment 76 to the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme No. 1.

Amendment 76 proposes to:

Amend ‘Schedule 2 – Additional Uses’ by inserting the use of ‘Motor Vehicle and Marine Sales Premises’ as a permitted use on No. 18 (Lot 101) Twickenham Road, Burswood.

This proposed amendment is available for inspection and public comment, and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted. Your written comments are welcome and will be considered by Council prior to a recommendation being made to either proceed, modify or abandon the proposal.

Submissions on the Town Planning Scheme Amendment must be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, by mail to Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park 6979, or by facsimile on (08) 9311 8181, or by email to admin@vicpark.wa.gov.au in order that they are received on or before 5pm Tuesday 22 August 2017.
