Town of Victoria Park – Proposed Amendment to Local Planning Policy 22 – Development Standards for Causeway Precinct

Amendment No. 74 to Town Planning Scheme No. 1 was gazetted on 11 July 2017. Amendment 74 has rezoned No. 176A & 176B (Lots 76 & 77) and a portion of No. 176 & 178 (Lots 40 & 100) Burswood Road, Burswood to ‘Office/Residential’.

As a result of Scheme Amendment No. 74 now being gazetted, Local Planning Policy 22 – ‘Development Standards for Causeway Precinct’ is proposed to be amended to outline the development standards that apply to the land the subject of Amendment No. 74, as well as relevant amendments in relation to other land within that part of the Causeway Precinct identified as ‘Precinct Area 5 – Elevated Mixed Use’.

The proposed amendment to Local Planning Policy 22 – ‘Development Standards for Causeway Precinct’ and relevant documents are available for viewing under the ‘Related Information’ side bar. Copies have also been deposited at the Town of Victoria Park administration building, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, and the Victoria Park Library, 27 Sussex Street, East Victoria Park, for inspection during business hours.

Submissions are to be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, by mail to Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park 6979, or by facsimile on (08) 9311 8181, or by email to admin@vicpark.wa.gov.au in order that they are received on or before 5pm Tuesday 15 August 2017.
