This is a 6 week program with classes held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.00am to 7.00am at the Leisurelife Centre.

What will I be doing at the Boot Camp session?
The course is designed with various activities to challenge your fitness. Some of the activities include running, skipping, jumping, varied weight bearing exercises and team challenges.
How fit do I need to be to do Boot Camp?
Each participant is challenged to their own ability. A basic fitness assessment is done by our qualified trainers before you begin each course and then once again at the completion of the course, so this gives the trainers a level for each participant.
What sort of results will you get from Boot Camp?
The two main results you will get from completing a Boot Camp course are Fat Loss and improved cardio vascular fitness. Other benefits include improved muscle tone, improved muscle strength and improved muscular endurance.
Are the Instructors qualified?
All instructors are fully qualified with Certificate Four in Fitness. This means they are registered as fitness professionals and have the necessary fitness industry recognition.
If I do not complete the entire 6 week course, do I get a refund?
Once a course has commenced there are no refunds.
