Hydrotherapy Pool

It is recognised that the warmth of the water relieves pain, reduces muscle spasm and induces relaxation, allowing a greater range of movement. The hydrotherapy pool will allow even the most fragile the opportunity of purposeful movement and exercise leading to a more rewarding lifestyle. Our Hydrotherapy pool is heated to between 32 and 34 degrees.

The Hydro Pool is utilised for swimming lessons and exclusive bookings and at times may not be available for the general public.  
The hydrotherapy pool will open 30 minutes after opening and close 30 minutes prior to closing times.
