Crossovers

Crossovers refer to the portion of the driveway in front of a property between the front property line and the road carriageway. Property owners must have an appropriate crossover constructed by a private contractor in line with the Towns specifications and guidelines.

Crossovers on new developments

Most works on crossovers are completed as part of the normal process of construction on a property. When you submit your plans for development you must include details of the proposed crossover, trees and all other infrastructure located within the road reserve.
