Private Property Agreements
Private Property Parking Agreement (PPA)
In order for Council to take action against vehicles that are parking without consent on private property, the owner of the property is required to enter into a Private Parking Agreement (PPA) with the Council.
- A Small PPA agreement is defined as a maximum of 20 car park bays and up to 1 Officer attendance per month; and
- A Large PPA agreement is defined as more than 20 car park bays or more than 1 Officer attendance per month.
For any further information please call the Rangers on 9311 8171 or email admin@vicpark.wa.gov.au
If someone who is not authorised is parking in my private car park can I call the Rangers to give them a ticket?
No. The Rangers are not authorised to issue infringements on private property unless there is a current Private parking Agreement between the owner/Property Manager and the Town of Victoria Park.
If I have a Private Parking agreement, can organise for the Rangers to tow an abandoned vehicle on my property?
No. This is private property and even with a Private Parking Agreement Rangers are still not authorised to tow a vehicle. This becomes the responsibility of the property owner/s.
