Pursuant to Regulation 14D(2)(a) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 (Regulations), in light of the state of emergency continuing and the latest public health circumstances, the Agenda Briefing Forums and Ordinary Council Meetings may be conducted electronically. Public access to meetings
The public are invited to participate in the online meeting by either pre-submitting their questions and statements to be read by the Presiding Member, or by registering to attend the online meeting themselves.
Questions and statements can be submitted prior to the meeting by email to email@example.com or through the form on the Town’s website by 12pm on the day of the meeting. To attend the online meeting, registration is required via the form on the Town’s website.
Recordings and minutes of the meetings will be made available on the Town’s website following the meetings.
