Corporate performance

The Town’s performance scorecard was developed following our Evolve community consultation project which ran throughout 2016 and 2017.

It represents the progress that the Town has made toward completing deliverables as outlined in the Corporate Business Plan as well as the operational performance of each of the Town’s service areas.

Each operational measure is represented as a score out of 10. For each measure, a score of 8 out of 10 represents acceptable performance, and anything higher is exceeding performance.

Slow or not loading?

Web browser

The scorecard works best in Google Chrome or browsers based upon Google Chrome. Other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox will work but there may be performance implications due to the way Firefox renders web pages.

Internet Explorer is not supported and there are no plans to add support for it. It is highly recommended to upgrade to a more modern, secure and better performing web browser.

Cookies, scripts and ad-blocking

If cookies or scripts are blocked or disabled by your browser or blocked by any ad or script blocking extension, you may run into issues such as slow loading, visual elements not rendering correctly or visual elements not rendering at all when attempting to view the scorecard.

If you run into any of these issues when attempting to view the scorecard, you may need to consider enabling third party cookies and/or disabling ad or script blocking extensions for this page.
