A workshop in two parts, the first will focus on creating a low-stakes sketchbook, or scratchbook, from recycled or reclaimed paper. The second will be exploring automatic drawing in those sketchbooks, teaching participants to explore their unique subconscious in a mindful and relaxing manner.
