Submit a planting project proposal 

To achieve our Urban Forest Strategy (UFS) goal of 20% tree canopy cover at the Town, we are inviting our residents, community members and groups to submit a tree planting project proposal. 

Once you’ve submitted your proposal using the form below, we will present it to the UFS Implementation Working Group, who will provide recommendations and advice to the Town’s UFS team. We will then be in touch to update you with the outcome of your proposal. 

Please note that the Town's planting project proposal program is open all year round, so you can submit an idea anytime for review and consideration.
