Whether you’re looking to get yourself into a new exercise routine or have been a fitness enthusiast for years, group exercise classes are an excellent way to find the motivation you need to reach your fitness goal.
There are over 50 group fitness classes on offer each week across the two facilities. These classes mix great music with passionate instructors who inspire exhilarating aerobic workouts. The group fitness timetable is available on the next page.

This circuit training workout combines strength and cardio to target every part of your body. Exercises include squats, sprints, jumping, barbells, push-ups, and medicine balls.
This is a 60 minute hard and fast workout designed to have you sweating and panting until midday!
Collect your entry pass from reception prior to the class commencing. This will need to be handed to the instructor as you arrive. To avoid disappointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to the commencement time.

BODYCOMBAT is a 55-minute high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class.
BODYPUMP is a 55-minute workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, burn up to 590 calories. Shape, tone, increase core strength and improve bone health.
BODYSTEP is a 55-minute full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP. Burn up to 620 calories and leave buzzing with satisfaction.
LESMILLS TONE is a 45 minute mix of functional training and tubular exercises helping you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Suitable for all fitness levels.
CXWORX is a 30-minute workout which exercises muscles around the core and provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises.
Lesmills - RPM Studio
RPM is an indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music.

Freestyle - Group Fitness Studio
POWER CIRCUIT (HIIT) is a 55-minute workout based on high-intensity interval training. It alternates a dynamic strength move along with a high-intensity power move so you work your entire body and get your heart rate up to burn more calories. Workouts include shuttle runs, tractor tyres and stationed reps.
YOGA is a 55-minute class suitable for all fitness levels. Lengthen your body, flow with the breath and create core strength in every move. Enlighten your body and mind. Bring your own yoga mat.
METAFIT is a 30-minute bodyweight training system that gets results! It is a functional and effective, metabolic workout that will change the way you train.
