Leisurelife senior sessions are designed specifically for mature adults (over 50s). Sessions may include: use of cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes and cross trainers), hand-eye coordination work with basketballs, balance and abdominal work with fit balls, and floor work, always finishing up with a cooldown and stretching.

Senior circuit

A class designed to meet the needs of the over 50s or those commencing an exercise program for the first time. This low-impact class enables you to build and maintain fitness in a social atmosphere.

Monday:  8.30am and 9.30am 
Tuesday: 7.30am and 8.30am 
Wednesday: 8.30am and 9.30am
Thursday: 7.30am and 8.30am
Friday: 8.30am and 9.30am
Saturday: 8.30am


Strength for Life (formerly Living longer, living stronger)

An evidence-based strength training and exercise program designed specifically for the over 50s. It aims to achieve a reduction in falls, improved health, quality of life and fitness. 

Initial appraisal:       $55
Single session: $8 per session
Ten sessions (get one free) $80
Weekly group session: Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am
Individual sessions: Tuesday, Thursday or Friday 10am - 12noon


Prime Movers Inc

The aim of Prime Movers Inc is to provide exercise programmes which promote health, fitness & well-being in a social atmosphere. Our programme is structured to suit both male and female in low impact exercise for the active over 50s group.

Classes are held from 9-10am Wednesdays and 9.30-10.30am Fridays.
Annual membership is $17 and class fee of $3. Visitors are welcome for $4.
