Leisure facilities FAQs

Our website is the main source for all information regarding changes to any of the facilities programs or service. We will also be communicating these via our other Town channels (Facebook, e-newsletters etc.)

What will happen to my Aqualife or Leisurelife membership during the lock-down period?

All memberships types will commence as of Saturday 1 May. All memberships that were suspended during the last lock-down period will be adjusted by a pro-rata amount accordingly and applied to the next direct debit payment. 

An extension will be provided to upfront, $30 for 30 days memberships and flexi passes.

What happens to my swim school classes and payments?

All swimming lessons will commence as of Saturday 1 May.

All lessons that were suspended during the last lock-down will be credited and automatically applied to your account, which will then be used in the next direct debit run on 15 May 2021.

All outstanding Swim School credits must be redeemed by 30 June 2021.

What will be happening with my multi-pass?

Multi passes expiry dates will be extended for the duration of the lock-down closures.

What is happening to Bingo Saturday night?

At this stage we will continue to monitor and follow the advice of the State Government. At this point in time Bingo has been cancelled. Please check our website later in the week for further information.

What happens if I want to suspend or cancel my membership?

If a member wishes to suspend or cancel their membership, our standard terms will still apply. Members will be required to email through their request to leisure@vicpark.wa.gov.au

Members' registration and booking into group fitness classes

How do members register to book online?

  1. If you have previously accessed the members portal, click on the link to login https://secure.activecarrot.com/login?site=1195 and enter you details and click “Login”.
  2. If this is your first time using the members portal, click on the following link https://secure.activecarrot.com/login/forgot_password_alternate/1195 and enter in your email address to retrieve your password. Then follow the steps in your email to set up a new password

How do I book into a group fitness class?

  1. Log into the members portal and enter in your details and click “Login”
  2. To change location between Aqualife and Leisurelife simply select the tab change location on the right hand side of the portal.
  3. Hover your mouse over “Book Online” then click on the type of session you wish to book.
  4. Select the date of the booking, then click “Book” on the applicable session.
  5. Check you have selected the correct session then click on “Book Now”.
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

Swimming pool information and bookings

All aquatic services and programs are now available. 

Open for the public, include;

- Outdoor 50m, indoor 25m and hydro pools

- Spa and steam room

What will be happening to all sports at Leisurelife?

All sporting competitions and clinics will commence as of Saturday 1 May.

Please note the following hygiene/safety guidelines:

  • Every person will be required to register contact tracing information upon attending the centre either manually or via the SafeWA app.
  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Ensure you bring a towel and water bottle to your game. Avoid sharing food and beverages.

 

What will be happening to social badminton sessions?

Social badminton sessions will return to Leisurelife, as of Tuesday 4 May. 

Please note the following hygiene and safety guidelines:
