Family and domestic violence 

Everyone has the right to live a life free of violence. 

Crisis care provides information and support to adults and children in crisis and referral to homeless refuges and women’s shelters – 9223 1111. 

1800 RESPECT 24 hour support to people impacted by sexual assault, domestic or family violence and abuse. Anyone regardless of age, gender or sexual orientation can use this free, confidential telephone and online counselling service – 1800 737 732 

MensLine telephone and online counselling service for men with emotional health and relationship concerns – 1300 789 978
