Postnatal fitness program

Sessions are designed for optimal postnatal fitness and include low-impact pram cardio, pelvic floor exercises and practical resistance training. Individual’s needs and fitness levels are catered for. Come and exercise with your bub (10wk–9mo bubs) and be excited at the improvements each week.

Book in early, limited spots available. Bookings are essential.

 

Monday (9 wk term)

No classes 26 April and 7 June (public holidays)

10–10.40am fully booked

10:50-11:30am fully booked

$72 per term (local residents) $88 per term (non-residents)

 

Friday (11 wk term)

10–10.40am book online

10:50-11:30am fully booked

$90 per term (local residents) or $110 per term (non-residents)

Program charges will be credited or refunded if program needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
