Parking at Lathlain Oval on game days
Where can I park on game days around Lathlain Oval?
Those visiting Lathlain Oval are encouraged to park at the old bowls club site (corner of Bishopsgate Street and Roberts Road) and in the surrounds of Rayment Park (off Howick Street).
Additional parking is available on the streets surrounding the ground including Goddard Street and McCartney Crescent.
A plan has been approved to create 90-degree parking along the southern side of McCartney Crescent. Detailed design for this will be completed soon. In the meantime, parking on the verge is permitted. This will be guided by volunteers of the Perth Football Club.
Please ensure you respect all parking signs and driveways of residents if you are parking around the ground. Those parked illegally may be fined.
VIP Parking is reserved for Rovers Members and Presidents Luncheon guests only.
Will I be fined if I park illegally?
Regular patrols will be undertaken by the Town’s Information and Parking Officers on game days. If parked illegally, you may be fined. Approximately 20 infringements were issued on the first game of the 2018 season.
How are Perth Football Club helping with managing parking around the oval?
The Town has worked in collaboration with Perth Football Club to identify locations for people to park on game days. Perth Football Club have been encouraging their members to park at the old bowls club site and have also had volunteers guiding people how to park on the verge along the southern side of McCartney Crescent, depending on their availability.
