Planning fees

The below fees are in accordance with Council's adopted fees and charges for the 2022/23 financial year.

When your application has been accepted, we will send you an email with a payment invoice for the relevant fees which is payable immediately. Planning fees can be paid online, in person or by telephone. Further information is available at our online payments page.

For applications for development approval (DA), where the development has commenced or been carried out and an application is lodged retrospectively, the total fee payable is three times the prescribed fee, by way of penalty.
