Little Ying Thai has been in Victoria Park for around 10 years.Their best selling dish is their Pad Thai, and this is no surprise to us! Their Pad Thai sauce is home-made in store and when combined with rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, egg,ground peanut, chilli and lemon, will definitely satisfy those winter food cravings.

Their second most popular dish is the LittleYingThai Delight. Their LittleYingThai Delight is a unique creation, featuring chicken and prawn mince wrapped in delicate flower dumplings, blanketed in the chef’s secret mild curry sauce.

Yuuma Japanese serves fusion Japanese cuisine, mixing in the Japanese culture and flavours into a modern Australian dining experience.  

During this winter, there's nothing better than warming up with a beautiful bowl of slurpy noodle soup. Yuuma is currently serving Japanese Udon in Shoyu Broth.  The beef tataki, butter soy mixed mushroom and raw beef varieties are their most popular Udon dishes.  

If you are wanting to up your noodle game, Yuuma recommends having their Udon with black truffle to bring the flavour to the next level.  They currently have locally sourced black truffle from Manjimup, and there's no better time than right now, during peak truffle season.

Jay's Masala Junction is a family owned and run restaurant. The owner Jay has based his recipes upon the Bangladeshi dishes that he grew up with. When asked why he started his restaurant, he said "I wanted to share my family's love of entertaining and hospitality". Jay's signature dishes for winter are their baked cauliflower, and roasted pulled pork.

We asked Spicy Affair what their most popular dishes were this winter, and their answer was their curries hands down! With everything ranging from their special goat curry, through to vegetable and seafood curries, they have you covered. With a new look and new head chef, the Victoria Park Hotel is bringing the goods this winter. Drawing on his Brazilian background, head chef Andre Nunes has created a flavour-packed menu centred around grazing, grilling and cuisine infusion. Their tender Brazilian rump cap served with Chimmi Churri is a no-brainer, as is the Cutting Board (Brazilian rump cap, pork ribs, grilled chicken tenders, mustard slaw, and haloumi) and Lamb Shank Pie (delicious slow cooked lamb shank, served with gravy, mash, crispy pie casing, and mustard slaw).
