Temporarily activate a space

Not all interventions need to be permanent. Temporary interventions can bring activity and energy to our streets. 

What could I do?

• Host a busker or engage an entertainer to activate your shopfront
• Run an event or makeover your front window
• Sell your produce at the front of your shop with a temporary food permit

What info do I need to know?

• Take a look at Policy 406 for temporary food businesses and itinerant food vendors 
• Read Local Planning Policy 41 to understand exemption for specified uses
