Draft LPP 42 – Vehicular Access for Residential Development
Draft LPP 42 has been prepared to restrict the number of vehicle crossovers to a development site to maximise opportunities for street parking and to protect street trees. The policy addresses matters either not covered by the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes), or clarifies the Town’s interpretation of certain requirements of the R-Codes.
The draft policy can be viewed and submissions lodged online at yourthoughts.victoriapark.wa.gov.au, or in person at the Town’s administration centre (99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park) or library (27 Sussex St, East Victoria Park).
Submissions may also be lodged by mail to Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park WA 6979 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All submissions must be received by 5pm Thursday 6 August.
