RFP-TVP/17/07 Lease of Aqualife and/or Leisurelife Centres cafe/kiosk

Request for Proposals (RFP) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the lease of the Aqualife Centre café/kiosk at 42 Somerset Street, East Victoria Park and/or the Leisurelife Centre café/kiosk at 248 Gloucester Street, East Victoria Park. The aim of this RFP is to prepare a list of appropriate parties who are interested in leasing both or either café/kiosk.

Proposals shall be submitted on the standard form and shall be in accordance with the specifications which can be obtained from the Town’s Tenderlink portal or collected from the Town of Victoria Park administration centre, 99 Shepperton Rd, Victoria Park between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

All submissions should be in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and tender title, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag No 437, Victoria Park WA 6979. Alternatively, sealed tenders can be lodged in the tender box situated in the foyer of the Town of Victoria Park administration centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park WA 6100 or submitted online at www.tenderlink.com/vicpark. Proposals must be received on or before 2pm, 1 November 2017.

Late, email or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. All or any proposal shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of elected members and council officers will automatically disqualify any respondent.
