TOWN PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION
TOWN OF VICTORIA PARK
TOWN PLANNING SCHEME NO. 1 – AMENDMENT NO. 78
Notice is hereby given that the Local Government of the Town of Victoria Park has resolved to initiate the above Town Planning Scheme Amendment to modify Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
Amendment 78 proposes to:
1 Modify Town Planning Scheme No. 1 Precinct Plan P12 ‘East Victoria Park Precinct’ by recoding the property known as No. 384 (Lot 3) Berwick Street, East Victoria Park from R30 to R40/60
2. Modify Town Planning Scheme No. 1 Precinct Plan P12 ‘East Victoria Park Precinct’ by inserting development standards for development of the property at No. 384 (Lot 3) Berwick Street.
The site may be developed at the higher density coding of R60, where the proposed use is Aged or Dependent Persons’ Dwellings, otherwise an R40 density coding prevails.
The proposed scheme amendment documents have been deposited at the Town of Victoria Park administration centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park and will be open for inspection during business hours. Details of the proposed amendment are also available to view and comment at the Town’s Your Thoughts online consultation hub at http://yourthoughts.victoriapark.wa.gov.au.
Submissions on the Town Planning Scheme Amendment must be made in writing by 5pm Tuesday 16 October 2018 and lodged with the Town of Victoria Park by:

- Online through the Town’s Your Thoughts online consultation hub.
This proposed amendment is available for inspection and public comment, and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted. Your written comments are welcome and will be considered by Council prior to a recommendation being made to either proceed, modify or abandon the proposal.
