Town Planning Scheme Amendment available for inspection
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to clause 56 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 the local government of the Town of Victoria Park has been directed by the Minister for Planning to advertise modifications to Scheme Amendment No. 56. The requested modifications will result in the Town Planning Scheme Amendment being modified to the following:
- Classifying No. 2-8 (Lot 1002) Beatty Avenue, East Victoria Park as Town of Victoria Park Scheme Reserve “Parks and Recreation”.
- Modify the Town Planning Scheme No. 1 Precinct Plan P10 Shepperton Precinct accordingly.
- Nos. 6 & 7 (Lots 1003 & 1004) Raleigh Street and No. 45 (Lot 1005) Bishopsgate Street, Carlisle being transferred to the ‘Residential’ zone with a density coding of R30.
- Modify the Town Planning Scheme No. 1 Precinct Plan P8 Carlisle Precinct accordingly.
The modified Scheme Amendment document is available for inspection at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, and the Victoria Park Library, 27 Sussex Street, East Victoria Park, during business hours. The documents are also available for viewing online.
This proposed Amendment is available for inspection and public comment, and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted. Your written comments are welcome and will be considered by Council prior to a recommendation being made to either proceed, modify or abandon the proposal.
Submissions on the Town Planning Scheme Amendment must be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned at the Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park, by mail to Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park 6979, or by facsimile on 93118181, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order that they are received on or before 5.00pm Tuesday 26 September 2017.
