Council hereby gives notice that at its meeting on 13 December 2022 it resolved to adopt Amended Local Development Plan No.3 (LDP3). LDP3 was originally approved by Council 21 December 2021 for No 384 Berwick Street, Victoria Park
The adopted amendment to LDP3 consists of an annotation reading “No vehicle access to Carson Street/Baillie Avenue” being added to the plan and a red line being added to that portion of the map which, as per the LDP legend, indicates ‘no vehicle access’.

Hard copies of LDP3 can be obtained from Council’s Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park during normal office hours.
The amended LDP has effect as of the date of this Notice being 9 January 2023.
