Notice is hereby given that the Town of Victoria Park intends to lease an area of 30m² of ground space, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, at Read Park, 500 Albany Highway, Victoria Park.
Description of property: 30m² of ground space at Read Park, 500 Albany Highway, Victoria Park. The subject 30m² is portion of Read Park and is owned in fee simple by the Town of Victoria Park.
Certificate of Title Volume 1075 Folio 397. Lot 124 on Diagram 11084. The proposed lease area is rectangular in shape, 6.0 metres x 5.0 metres, located immediately against the western boundary of the property adjoining number 484 Albany Highway and is setback approximately 14.7 metres from the Albany Highway boundary.
Lessee: Finman Pty Ltd
Term of Lease: Five years
Consideration: $4,000 per annum plus GST plus outgoings.
Market Value: $4,000 per annum including outgoings plus GST as determined by a licensed valuer.
Written submissions in respect of the proposed lease of the subject land may be lodged with the Town before 5pm Wednesday, 5 October 2022.
