Council hereby gives notice that at its meeting on 17 May 2022 it resolved to adopt Local Planning Policy 42 ‘Vehicle Access for Residential Development’ (LPP42). LPP 42 supplements the Residential Design Codes of WA (the R-Codes) by addressing matters relating to vehicle access that are either not covered by the R-Codes or clarifying the Town’s interpretation of certain provisions. This includes limiting the number of driveways to a development site.

The Local Planning Policies have effect as of the date of this Notice being 9 June 2022.
