EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
LEISURELIFE CAFÉ LEASE
The Town of Victoria Park invites Expressions of Interest to lease the Leisurelife Café (24m²) located at 248 Gloucester Street East Victoria Park, in accordance with Council Policy 310 – Leasing.
Applicants must be a service provider, community or sporting organisation who will complement the services provided by the Town at the Leisurelife Aquatic Centre.
Expressions of Interest must be completed in writing in accordance with the qualitative criteria contained within the property prospectus, these include:
- Business Case
- Detailed Lease Proposal including:
- proposed annual rent
- commercial benefits
- community benefits
- Fit Out Concept Plans
- Relevant Experience
- Financial Position
- Two References
A copy of the property prospectus can be obtained by contacting the Town’s Property Development and Leasing Team on (08) 9311 8111 or email@example.com. The preferred submission is subject to Council approval and section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
Expressions of Interest submissions should be marked ‘Proposed Lease of Leisurelife Café’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Town of Victoria Park, Locked Bag 437, Victoria Park WA 6979 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
