Macmillan Precinct: the history

Since 2001, Macmillan Precinct has been identified as a potential centre or hub for the Town of Victoria Park. 

In 2018, the Town of Victoria Park Council approved the project business case option to prepare a masterplan to guide the future of the Precinct.

 

Macmillan Precinct Redevelopment: the project stages

The Town of Victoria Park’s Macmillan Precinct Redevelopment project will be delivered in six key stages. The first two stages - A Community Charter and Vision and a Concept Plan - have been completed. 

The Town is currently progressing through Stage 3 - Masterplan, which is being delivered concurrently with Stage 4 - Planning Framework.
