Following completion of Stages 1 and 2 of the Macmillan Precinct Redevelopment, the Town of Victoria Park has now commenced Stage 3 - Masterplan. This is an important stage for the project, focused on creating a Detailed Masterplan.
A masterplanning process will build on the ideas in the Concept Plan and will look in detail at how the Macmillan Precinct’s public spaces and community facilities should be designed, how existing Vic Park services and its users are best accommodated, as well as the cost and funding implications of these decisions.
The Macmillan Precinct Masterplan stage will be accompanied by extensive and continuing consultation with local residents and site stakeholders, to ensure that decisions remain aligned to their needs and to the Macmillan Precinct’s Vision.
The Macmillan Precinct Masterplan stage will be delivered over a number phases.
