Mental Health Week

Running 7-14th October 2023

Mental Health Week fosters understanding and open dialogues about youth mental health, empowering young people to lead happy and healthy lives all year round! It encourages conversations on personal and societal concerns. In Australia, young people responded: 51.0% prioritise the environment, 35.9% equity, and 33.9% mental health.

Youth mental health challenges are rising, with 54.3% of those aged 15-19 seeking support. Mental Health Awareness Week goes beyond awareness, involving young people in creating meaningful solutions and support systems.
