The Town of Victoria Park is seeking the community's input regarding the potential development of a grocery retail space, specifically an IGA supermarket, at 47 Planet Street, Carlisle.
An unsolicited bid has been received for the carpark currently at the address, specifically for the purpose of establishing an IGA supermarket on the site.
It is important to note the Town has not engaged in negotiations with the bidder. Instead, Council has opted to seek community feedback to understand if this proposal has merit for local residents and businesses before considering further steps.
