Notice of Works - Burswood

The installation of water and sewer utilities to facilitate the Belmont Park Redevelopment Project and surrounding stakeholders will take place between June and September 2023.

  • The Principal Shared Path (PSP) parallel to Balbuk Way will be closed from July through to September with a detour in place.
  • A single lane road closure will be in effect for northbound traffic on Goodwood Pde between Riversdale Rd and Griffiths St from June through to August, with a detour in place.
  • Southbound lane on Griffiths St will be closed along with disruption to on-street parking from June through to September, with a detour in place.
  • A single lane road closure will be in place on Stiles Ave with on-street parking disrupted from July through to September. A full closure will be in place on Stiles Ave on the weekends during this period.

Traffic management will be put in place for the duration of works.
