Growth opportunities for Oat Street Station Precinct

The Oats Street precinct, centred by Oats Street station, has been identified in State and Local Government planning frameworks as having the potential for greater development to maximise community use of high frequency public transport services. The project aims to capitalise on the transformation of the Oats Street station and new linear parkland under the elevated rail, the community activity associated with Aqualife and TAFE and the potential for redevelopment of the light industry / service commercial area in the future.
