Lost Pets

Is your pet missing? You can report this to the Town between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday by calling us on 08 9311 8111. Please ensure that you check this page regularly for animals found within the Town.

Impound process

The Animal Care Facility (ACF) in Thelma Street, South Perth, is open for a limited time daily (except for certain public holidays). All impound, registration fees, etc. are to be paid at ACF.  If you believe your animal has been impounded please call ACF on 9474 0777 during normal business hours to arrange payment of fees and the return of your animal.

Collection

A dog or cat will not be released from the Animal Care Facility (ACF) unless it is registered, microchipped (or a microchip voucher has been purchased from the Town of Victoria Park administration building) and the owner has paid the applicable impound fees at the ACF.  You will need to contact ACF on 08 9474 0777 when you are collecting your animal and bring a leash/animal carrier with you and your receipt and any other relevant documentation.
