Lot 4 on Plan 3844 being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1169 Folio 554 and

Lot 6 on Plan 1954 being the whole of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1166 Folio 413

Consideration:             $105,000+GST+Outgoings per annum

Lease term:              5 Years

Market Value:             $105,000+GST+Outgoings per annum

Written submissions in respect of the proposed sale may be lodged with the Town until 7/12/2023.
