Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering the following confidential items relating to the CEO Contract and appointment of Acting CEO.
- Notice of revocation motion to revoke resolution passed on item 22.1.1 on 16 April 2024;
- Matters to do with the CEO’s Contract;
- Appointment of Acting CEO arrangements.
