Tender notice TVP/24/04 Lathlain Precinct Redevelopment Project – Zone 1

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Head Contractors to perform the works of a two-stage building contract for the construction of the Lathlain Precinct Redevelopment Project Zone 1.

Tender documents can be downloaded from, and must be submitted electronically to, https://portal.tenderlink.com/vicpark.

Tenders must be received on or before 2pm (WST) Thursday 11 April 2024.

Late, email or facsimile tender submissions will not be accepted. All or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted and canvassing of Elected Members and Council Officers will automatically disqualify any tenderer.
