Howard Stirling Raphael (1900-?) Perth City Councillor from 1925 to 1944. He was a Victoria Park dental surgeon and was MLC from 1930 to 1944. The Park was first designated in 1907.
This is a popular park for clubs, schools and casual hirers. Sporting grounds include soccer pitches and synthetic cricket pitches.
