Meeting dates
Agenda Briefing Forums occur on the first Tuesday of each month, except in December 2025 when the meeting will be held on 25 November 2025. The function of these meetings is to give elected members the opportunity to ask for more information on items being presented to that month's Ordinary Council Meeting.
Ordinary Council Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, except in December 2025 when the meeting will be held on 9 December 2025 This is where decisions on Council items take place.
Meetings commence at 6.30pm in the Council Chamber, Town of Victoria Park Administration Centre, 99 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park.
The public have the opportunity to participate at both of these meetings by asking questions, making statements or making presentations. Find out more about public participation in Council meetings.
