Business Advisory Group 

The Business Advisory Group provides strategic advice to Council on:

  • The implementation and review of the Town’s Economic Development Strategy ;
  • The implementation of economic development initiatives, including events, campaigns and other economic development projects and partnerships;
  • Opportunities for the Town to collaborate with local businesses; and
  • Opportunities to improve the Town’s processes to make it easier for businesses to interact with the Town.

The group comprises:

  • Three Elected Members
  • 12 representatives from the local business community, and
  • Four Town officers
