Reserve parking bay agreement

The Town of Victoria Park offers Reserved Parking Bay Agreements for businesses that require an allocated parking bay in a Town-owned car park. A reserved parking bay provides exclusive use of a designated parking space within one of the Town’s participating car parks for an agreed period.

Reserved bays are currently available in the following locations:

  • King George Street Car Park
  • Hawthorne Place Car Park

Fees

Application Fee: $36.40 per permit
Monthly Fee: $249 per reserved bay

Fees are current until 30 June 2026 and are inclusive of GST.

Agreement Term

Reserved Parking Bay Agreements are available for the following periods:

  • Minimum term: 1 month
  • Maximum term: 12 months

All fees must be paid in full before the bay is reserved and the permit is issued.

Conditions

  • Reserved bays are allocated and managed by the Town of Victoria Park.
  • Each reserved bay is identified by dedicated signage.
  • The reserved bay may only be used by the permit holder assigned to that bay.
  • Permit holders must park only in their allocated bay.

The Town cannot guarantee that unauthorised vehicles will not park in a reserved bay. If an unauthorised vehicle occupies a reserved bay, it should be reported to the Town so enforcement action can be considered.

Reporting an Unauthorised Vehicle

If an unauthorised vehicle is parked in a reserved bay, please contact the Town of Victoria Park:

Phone: 08 9311 8111

Please provide the vehicle registration number and bay location when reporting the incident.

Enforcement

Parking enforcement may occur between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday, subject to officer availability. Entering into a Reserved Parking Bay Agreement does not guarantee immediate officer attendance, however officers will attend as soon as practicable.

If Your Bay Is Occupied

If your allocated reserved bay is occupied by an unauthorised vehicle, the permit holder must comply with the standard parking restrictions for the relevant car park. For example, in King George Street Car Park, the permit holder must follow the normal parking conditions that apply to that location.

Cancellation

A Reserved Parking Bay Agreement may be cancelled:

By the Town of Victoria Park

  • If the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to.

By the Permit Holder

  • By providing a minimum of 30 days written notice.
