The Arts Grants program of the Town of Victoria Park supports artists and creatives to develop and deliver artistic, cultural, and creative activities that meaningfully engage the local community.

Funding is available for projects and initiatives that contribute to the Town’s Arts and Culture Strategy outcomes:

1. Increased capacity to be creative

Foster a thriving, inclusive creative community by encouraging collaboration, cultural exchange, and artistic expression. Support artists and creatives to develop, extend, and strengthen their artistic, cultural, or creative practice.

2. Increased sense of identity and belonging

Cultivate a strong sense of place, belonging, and civic pride through arts and cultural activities that connect people and communities. Projects should help develop and strengthen Victoria Park’s unique and vibrant arts, creative, and cultural sector, and include local artists and/or creatives.

3. Increased opportunities to engage with the arts

Provide opportunities, resources, and platforms for local artists to develop, showcase, and sustain their creative practices. Engage the local community in meaningful arts, cultural, and creative experiences within the Town of Victoria Park.
