Community members with disability, their families and carers have the same rights as other people to access services, facilities and programs.

These rights are protected within international, national and state legislation, making it unlawful to discriminate against a person with disability.

The Town's Access and Inclusion Plan for 2022-2027 ensures the community’s access and inclusion needs are supported and implemented through the Town’s Strategic Community Plan (SPC) and subsequent action plans, including the Town’s Place Plans.
