Council elections 

Local government ordinary elections for the Town of Victoria Park have concluded. The final results of 2023 Local Government elections, and previous elections are published on the WA Electoral Commission website 

The Town of Victoria Park Ordinary Local Government Elections are held every two years, on the third Saturday in October. 

The next Local Government Election will be held on 18 October 2025. 

2023 Ordinary Council Election results

MAYOR

There were three candidates contesting the position of Mayor

VERNON, Karen was re-elected – 4-year term until 2027

 

BANKSIA WARD

There were seven candidates contesting the three available positions.

ANDERSON, Claire was re-elected first – 4-year term until 2027

MELROSA, Peter was elected second – 4-year term until 2027

MILES, Lindsay was elected third – 2-year term until 2025

 

JARRAH WARD

There were six candidates contesting the two available positions.

MINSON, Daniel was elected first – 4-year term until 2027

CROESER, Sky was elected second – 4-year term until 2027
