Commercial Parking Permits
Commercial Parking Permits are available to businesses located within the Town of Victoria Park that do not have access to on-site parking. The permit allows eligible businesses an exemption from certain time-restricted parking bays within the Town’s parking management areas.
Commercial Parking Permits are issued digitally through the Town’s ePermits system and are linked to a vehicle registration number. Please note that a permit does not guarantee the availability of a parking bay.

Fees
Application Fee: $35 per permit
Annual Permit Fee: $1000
Fees are current until 30 June 2026 and are inclusive of GST.
Eligibility
Commercial Parking Permits are available to businesses that:
- Operate from a commercial property within the Town of Victoria Park
- Do not have on-site parking available at the business premises
Eligibility will be assessed by the Town as part of the application process.
Permit Conditions
- Permits are restricted to commercial properties with no on-site parking.
- A maximum of one permit may be issued per eligible commercial property.
- Permits are only valid within the Town of Victoria Park’s designated time-restricted parking areas.
- Permits are linked to a vehicle registration number and managed through the ePermits system.
- A permit does not guarantee a parking space.
How to Apply
Applications for Commercial Parking Permits must be submitted through the Town’s ePermits portal. Applicants may be required to provide documentation confirming the business location and eligibility for the permit.
