A Management Plan (all proposals) provides detailed information on management of the premises.

The objective of the management plan is to outline how requirements set by the council
will be met and adhered to for the purpose of renting a guesthouse. The management
plan will be submitted alongside the application to the council. It will be updated as
required.

Mitigation strategies for the control of noise and other disturbances, including the
appropriate use of outdoor living areas. Complaints procedure for both neighbours and
guests and resolution procedure and timeframe (refer to Complaints Management Form).
Complaints Management Form to be provided to all adjoining property owners and tenants.

Revisions to the management of the property are to be reflected in an updated version of
the Complaints Management Form which is to be provided to the adjoining property
owners and tenants within two weeks of change of management.
