  • If applicable, all invoice(s) must be paid in full prior to permit being issued.
  • A sketch of the work zone area must be provided with this application.
  • If your activity obstructs a car bay(s), you must obtain a parking permit in addition to a work zone permit. To apply for a parking permit click here. But, the below Work Zone permit application must be completed first.
