Harold Rossiter represented Carlisle Ward as Perth City Councillor from 1964 to 1970. He owned a grocery store opposite the Park.

Large active reserve with two soccer pitches, turf cricket pitch and practice nets.  Leafy shaded areas with a playground, barbecues and carpark.
