Expression of Interest to lease - 10 Kent Street, East Victoria Park

The Town of Victoria Park invites Expressions of Interest to lease a building of approximately 110m² at 10 Kent Street, East Victoria Park (Lot 10 on Plan 1954, Certificate of Title Volume 46 Folio 394A), in accordance with Council Policy 310 – Leasing and Licensing.

The property presents an opportunity for an organisation to establish a vibrant community focal point that brings together people, services, employment and leisure in an accessible and inclusive way.

Submissions must be provided in writing and address the qualitative criteria outlined in the property prospectus, including:

  • Business Structure & Financial Position  
  • Detailed Lease Proposal 
  • Fit Out Concept Plans 
  • Relevant Experience 
  • Two References

Selection of the preferred tenant may be subject to Council approval and compliance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
